Is your jewellery waterproof?

All items at Sylkjewelry are waterproof except ‘Saffiya Nose ring’

All items are made from Sterling silver or Stainless steel which are known for their durability and excellent quality finish.

Each item has been tried and test before it becomes available for purchase.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes ofcourse! Sylkjewelry is available internationally.

How long does it take to receive my order?

For UK orders it can take between 2-7 days for normal items. This includes engravings.

Items such as the Arabic or Script name necklaces can take 2-7 weeks to complete. All info is available in product descriptions.

Please allow a processing time of 1-2 days.

I supplied the wrong address, can I change it?

Yes! As long as the order hasn’t yet dispatched you are welcome to change the address.

How does my order arrive?

Standard packaging (excluding gift boxes) arrives in a black bubble mailer.
